Fight preparation?
A lot of road running to get conditioned, light super circuits and constant fitness test (a 3 hour fitness test), skill and technique are done with Ryan Hassan and Ronald Dhlamini.
When and why did you start training for fighting?
I was a black belt in Karate and found it to linear so I stopped; I got into rugby but was kicked out of team for being too physical. Years later I was looking to get back into martial arts to Loss weight because I was walking around at 107 and my university lecturer, who had had a few fights, told me about MMA, I went to Gorgeous Boyz Gym and 5 years later am still hooked.
