Boxing, wrestling, Thai boxing, swimming, sprints, mountain biking. I like to mix it up.
When & why did you start martial arts training?
I started when I was 8 years old. First Karate, then kickboxing and boxing. In 2008 I was introduced to UTC( MMA Gym) and never looked back. I have been training there ever since.

They call me ‘Silk’ because my technique is smooth.
