Fighters Biography
Fight preparation?
I train twice a day, 5 days a week. The morning is 40 minutes of cardio, then the afternoon is typically weight training, then grappling and sparring. Sumo wrestling world champion Mark Robinson has helped me a lot with grappling.
When and why did you start training for fighting?
I stared about 2006 as a training partner for my brother Jacques and realised that my unorthodox fighting style would be successful in the cage.
Favourite technique:
I’m a brawler and a sneaky fighter; it makes me a very difficult customer.
